This is one of my favorite go-to day cleanses that helps your body regroup and radiate!

A ONE DAY DETOX/CLEANSE
Cleansing from the inside out helps remove what contributes to a clogged tummy and the malabsorption of necessary nutrients. The goal is to remove the unnecessary inventory in your stomach while simultaneously injecting the necessary micro-nutrients that are imperative for restoration.
Tip – do this on a day you will be home. Everyone’s body reacts differently to this and for sure will be very thankful!
1 week before the cleanse:
Wean off alcohol, caffeine, and if your diet consists of this: processed foods, meat, dairy, sugar and wheat. This will help your digestive track adapt easier to adjusting to the cleanse.
Plan ahead and have all the ingredients listed below, and for sure should be organic.
As a treat, an Epsom Salt bath is a wonderful way to end the day of your cleanse.
The recipe to wonderful day to treat your body:
7:00AM Eight ounces of warm lemon water (I love meyer lemon)
8:00AM Four ounces of water with 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
10:00AM Juice half grapefruit with a teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
12:00PM Eight ounces of warm vegetable or miso broth
2:00PM Juice your favorite vegetables and fruit. Ginger, beets, apple, mint and cucumber with a little turmeric is my favorite (carrots and basil would be great as well)
2:00-6:00PM Drink lots of water and herbal tea
6:00 Blend 1 cup coconut water, 1 banana, 1/2 cup kale leaves, 1/2 cup fresh/frozen pineapple & papaya, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Lemon (meyer would be great)
Mint and/or basil
Epsom salts for a bath
