New to this little neighborhood in New York is David Bouley’s new venture specializing in kaiseki – an inventive multi-course Japanese meal similar to small plates presented eloquently.
Dining at Brushstroke is an experience that will for sure explode all your taste buds and leave you wanting for more!
The evening experience was above and beyond what I expected from the service, to the presentation, to the never ending surprises of textures and flavors.
For sure a culinary experience I dream of returning to!
