I cherish my shoe, boot and bag collection. Caring for them takes a little love and time, however, worth it. I found out the hard way when after 6 or more years my beautiful and favorite tote started to crack and peel. Broke my heart. I was recommended to visit The Leather Spa in NYC to see if they would be able to salvage it. Unfortunately, no 😢 . They gave me great advice which is to take the time at least once a year to polish my bags with cream. I regularly do this to my shoes, boots and sneakers (my dad taught me this growing up) but neglected my bags. I like to use a light cloth to apply the cream and micro fiber to rub in the cream in a circular motion and eventually get the result of the look of a brand new shiny bag, shoes, boots or those gorgeous leather sneakers. Even your favorite wallet needs a little SPA love.

So sad to say good bye to this tote….it has been around the world over a dozen times 😢

My favorite leather creams…

To whiten the bottom of my sneakers I us a little soft scrub applied to a toothbrush and a little water. Spread around a let sit for a few minutes. Rinse with a little water.

Very important in apply cream on all the leather including the inside if it is leather.
