A New York memory I stumble upon on my morning training runs for the New YOrk Marathon is the smell of an egg sandwich. This really does not exist in California. The egg burrito fills that New York Staple on the west coast.

It took a Southern California girl and a native New Yorker to fall in love, share their likes and dislikes and create something that was missing in New York. A place whose main focus is the egg sandwich located on the Lower East Side (LES).

Favorites are the biscuit and scramble egg and the avocado, egg and toast.
