Amisfield was one of my top favorite stops on the trip. Chef Jeff Sherwood delivered the most amazing meal which was
one of the longest afternoon dining experiences of my trip. Favorite recipes in his cookbook are:
-Mixed leaf salad, Amisfield verjuice, manuka honey dressing
-Chargrilled eggplant, chickpeas, pink grapefruit, feta, mint (I eliminated the pine nuts)
