This season I researched online companies making a difference and creating ethical product. Companies creating product that is trendy but also are very mindful on how it is produced and that give back to a cause.

1. ACCOMPANY
Jason Keehn, CEO of Accompany online fashion company. He saw a void in the fashion world and wanted to give the consumer a place to ethical shop.

Accompany is a curated site of fashion, home goods and accessories that have a fair trade, humanitarian or
handcrafted component. Handloom sweaters from Peru, Alpaca throws from Ecuador and collaborations with designers around the world.

2.ARTISAN CONNECT
Founder, world traveler, Amanda North, wanted to curate accent pieces for the home handcrafted by global artisans. Beautiful product sourced from non profit artisan collectives that provide fair wages to the artisans and social services geared to the needs of their community.

3. The Little Market founded by women to empower women. They are committed to selling fair trade products that are ethically made. Founders Lauren Conrad and Hannah Skvarla’s have a passion for traveling and creating relationships with artisans in third world countries. The online market sells unique handmade home goods and jewelry from 23 artisan groups in 16 third-world countries.
