Just 6 months ago, the French Cheese Board opened its first free-standing cheese shop offering kitchen demonstrations, lessons and an art gallery. The French design team, Ich&Kar, created an environment that allows the consumer to take the time to enjoy and be educated about French cheese. Their vision is not about selling cheese but embracing the various regions in France and the production of cheese. Throughout the store you will experience diagrams of the various regions in France and what they offer to large diagrams showing you how to cut cheese and present it. The space is available for events related to cheese and workshops.
