Lots of East Coast rain has created some challenges and successes in the garden.
I haven’t had much opportunity to plant and cultivate on the schedule I had planned. However, the garden is thriving and is visually rewarding.
- My Salvia divinorum, which is a perennial, has come back this year so beautifully and is rewarding me with bees.
- I have 5 different varieties of tomatoes growing both in pots and the raised beds.
- Trying Borage as a natural barrier around the garden
- Arugula, lettuce and spinach …..keeping this young and rotating every 4 weeks.
- Aji Cyrstal hot peppers in the center of the herb garden
Kamo eggplant is on the edge of the lettuce planter. I love all types of eggplant and wanted to try something different.

Loving your garden arch. Awesome for climbing hydrangeas or roses.
