I was cruising Long Island City this past Fall with my son Ryan and we strolled into this amazing Japanese Restaurant.

Minimalist in decor and food, this Kyoto style restaurant serves tapas style bringing back dear memories of my business trips to Japan.  Hibino specializes in homemade tofu which just melts in your mouth.  Their miso soup is by far the best I have had in New York.

Walking around this area of New York takes you back in time from the architecture, bridges, and city views.
Even if it is almost below zero today and my sweet puppy is soaking up the salt and slush on his Park Avenue walks…Every day I am blessed with what the city has to offer.
