
I have been struggling with the trending no dairy and no wheat diet. I question how much of it is it a trend or is it worth researching. Fortunately, I have found such a benefit to considering and living this diet. We are living in a time where most foods are over processed and are filled with ingredients which our bodies have a difficult time to digest. Our flour is over processed, our cheese is filled with unnatural ingredients and we are craving snacks.
Amazingly, I have discovered that I do not need wheat, bread, chips or dairy and have found more energy in living with a mostly plant based diet. I do indulge in a little fish like salmon, tuna, or cod a few days a week.

1 tblspn Quantum Nutritional Flakes
2 tspsn Strength elixir
5 cubes pineapple
1 cup coconut water
1 tspsn ashwagandha powder
