Welcome back to “My Higher Purpose”

Needless to say it has been a busy 3 months since I started this mission of finding my higher purpose.  Each month has brought on its own challenges that I chose and welcomed.   Entering month 4, I am feeling so much positive energy and I do feel spring entering the season plays a big part in this.  April is all about taking risks and allowing a little bit of life to speed up and then slow down.  Just like watching a flower blossom and taking the time to enjoy the beauty.  April is so filled with life, changes, color and, most importantly, the feeling of warmth the beautiful season ahead has instore for us.  The most difficult month has been March where I chose to find balance.  The toughest challenge I had to find clarity in was balance in my feelings.  Dealing with mental guilt, we allow our minds to haunt us which can be extremely daunting.  During this period of finding balance, I kept going back to what I worked so hard on in January and it helped me get thru this part of emotional stability I needed.  The fitness part was easy as I do tend to go overboard and I am happy to say I have found an amazing balance.  I have reached day 99 of meditating every morning.  I must say I so look forward to waking up, taking a deep breath, and welcome the day with my meditation routine.

April, so so so delighted to welcome this month into my higher purpose.  Family and friends resonate as the reason why we have a feeling of being.  The love, support, and gratitude we are constantly gifted with family and friends is for sure priceless.  Taking the time to smell the April blossoms on the trees and the beautiful world we are blessed with is the best gift in life.

Yes, April, this will be an amazing month of positive energy and newness!
