BONE DENSITY LOVE
In the past 20 years, I have been watching my bone density go from Osteopenia to actual osteoporosis. Osteoporosis was diagnosed in my hips 2 years ago, at the age of 58. As a very active person living a pretty much vegetarian diet I am always challenged by how to strengthen my bones without increasing dairy. My daily diet does include dark leafy greens which are full of calcium. I wonder if this is enough as I suffer with burning hips and gluteus. The past few months in quarantine has given me time to focus on hip openers and miles of walking. My body is not liking the pounding of running currently which saddens me. With much research I have found AlgaeCal Plus supplement to help build my bone density. So, I am adding this to my daily routine! It is high in Vitamin D, so I will take a break from taking Vitamin D. I also love that it has Magnesium which helps so much with muscle spasms and cleansing the intestines.
