In less than 20 minutes you can have to most delicious and tasty meal! Another staple in my pantry is Organic Nori (My favorite is from Chocola Tree. ) Wraps are so easy and satisfying…vegan, vegetarian or adding a little protein, it is all gluten free!
Last night I seared a piece of wild salmon and wondered what I would serve it with. So, I decided to do a nori wrap! Here is the recipe and feel free to be creative and add scallions, cilantro, onion, etc.
Gluten Free Salmon Wrap
Ingrédients:
2 sheets of nori
1/4 lb wild Salmon
Fresh spinach
*Hoisin sauce (options below)
Sushi ginger – a staple in my fridge
Chili pepper flakes (Momofuku chili crunch 😊 )
Avacado – optional
Slices of pickled cucumber adds a little sweetness
Sear salmon on a hot cast iron pan a few minutes each side. I like it medium rare.
On two plates place a sheet of Nori and coat lightly with hoisin sauce, a few leaves of spinach and avocado if you like.
Layer small portion of Salomon on top. Top with ginger slices and cucumber…Brush with chili pepper and wrap tightly.
Slice and serve!
