Fall at the Union Square Market inspires just as spring does!
Bursting with root vegetables, squashes, apples galore.
After a month in Paris indulging in croissants, baguettes and desserts I find the urge to cut back slightly on gluten and cleanse a bit.
One of my favorite fall vegetables is Broccoli Rabe (Rapini).
Keep in mind, I cannot give up flour as I love to bake!
