Ten days in England and I must say it was amazing from pubs serving beautiful Rosé, sun and never disappointing a culinary experience.
The first amazing most memorable evening was at chef Skye Gyngell’s restaurant Spring located in one of the most elegant dining rooms at Somerset House in London.
Entering the Somerset House immediately you feel relaxed from the gorgeous embroidered drapes, exquisite lighting and warm pastel colors. Overall, service was full of charm, every dish burst with flavor that intrigued me to purchase two of her cookbooks.
