Last minute decision to travel and be with my baby sister and family has been so rewarding. Amazing foliage, challenging runs, and tons of fun with my nieces and nephews, godson…and great nephew. It can be challenging around the holidays finding the time to embrace what brings happiness to you and those that are close to your heart. I am a very strong person and when I make a decision on something there is no turning back. Knowing my boys were busy creating their next Thanksgiving tradition, this was my open door to travel and be thankful for the wonderful family in my life. As I embraced a beautiful run in the rain today I felt so close to nature and what is truly important to me. If you have never experienced it, do it, run or walk in the rain……it is so enlightening, spiritual and so rewarding!
My sister found this quintessential French bakery and she knew it was calling my name. A little time to ourselves yesterday we ventured out to what I must say took my breath-away bakery.
Belle Epicurean fits every detail in what I would want if I ever had a cafe/bakery one day. The chèvre goat cheese quiche was so exquisitely executed and the croissants…parfait! Belle Epicurean founders are Le Cordon Bleu graduates, Mlle. Carolyn Bianchi & M. Howard Ferguson.
The design of the cafe/market is so welcoming and I cannot wait to go back!
