On a beautiful Spring Saturday, we had a quintessential Parisian experience at Amelie located near Union Square Park.

Wanting a cafe, relaxed environment, good food and affordable…Amelie’s fulfilled all of this and more.  Service was seamless, food was delicious as was the décor. My go-to French favorite dish ~ Moules-frites and my stepdaughter had the classic croque-monsieur served simple and perfect.

We felt like we were in Paris!  Even their table red wine was what you would have seen served at brasseries all over France.  Amelie has three locations, San Francisco and two in NYC.   It is known for having one of the best wine lists in America and best wine bar.
